I got great value for my money at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
The morning meal could be improved by offering a better breakfast deal at the nearby coffee shop. It would be nice if they could have managed this directly.

Our stay at Chic & Town Luxury Rooms was worth every penny. The room was cozy and stylish, with a mini fridge and snacks waiting for us. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and surrounded by fabulous boutiques. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home and even helping with special requests.
More breakfast choices would have made it even better, but the cafe across the road still served great coffee and delicious croissants.

Tony
The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions, allowing for easy access to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations for places to visit and dine at.
There were some issues with communication and misunderstanding regarding airport pickup, leading to an unpleasant experience. The lack of staff at night was inconvenient, especially for late arrivals, resulting in additional fees for late check-in.
